Current corporate lexicon speaks often of teams; work teams, sales teams, development teams, marketing teams. We find that most corporate teams are groups of individuals who work together to coordinate action. What is missing here are the very elements that define team: shared standards, alignment with each other around objectives and a deep caring for the well-being of the other individuals with whom one is working.

The experiential nature of the C4 course gives corporate groups the opportunity to share common standards around safety and intention, align with each other with respect to group and individual objectives and develop a deep connection with each other through the compassion generated by individuals stepping out of their comfort zones.
