Educators and Administrators

C4 leaders are experienced working with professional educators and administrators providing potent problem-solving, strategic planning and team training sessions. C4 uses proven adventure-based learning approaches on our challenge course setting or at institutional and other sites. C4 education programs may focus on communication, team development and/or group problem solving skill development along with increasing a sense of community and connection among unit members.

C4 can help academic units develop a united mission and direction as well as identification of and commitment to a set of shared values and practices to guide and improve day to day work together. C4 members pioneered experiential-based programs at the University of California (UC) and other higher learning institutions. The UC Davis School of Veterinary Medicine's 4-day new student orientation retreat is a case in point - designed and skillfully facilitated by C4 leaders annually since 1999.
